Bagajaty - Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bagajaty. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

International Shipping

We work with express courier and door-to-door services to ensure the delivery of your order in a timely and professional manner.

 

We ship globally to almost any location in the world except the following countries: Algeria, Argentina,  Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Iceland, Georgia, Ireland, Libya, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela.

Some countries do not accept food shipment due to local regulation imposed by the government in place.

Please do check your country legislation before placing an order with us if you have any doubt.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within an estimated 7-14 working days depending destination. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment due to high volume of orders, we will inform you via email.

 

Shipping rates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the weight of the items and your location.

 

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You can contact us on orders@bagajaty.com with the tracking number to get an update on your order.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Bagajaty is not responsible and has no jurisdiction or foreknowledge over any surcharge fee that might be imposed by customs. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties and excise duties, and clearance requirements).

 

Damages

Bagajaty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to follow up with your complaint to the shipping company. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present

Please provide us with a clear proof of the damage, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Please keep in mind that Arabic sweets are of a delicate and fragile nature and are subject to cracking or splitting, and that this does not indicate bad taste or quality.
